    5. What is the minimum contract period?

    There is no minimum period. Clients stay with the service for as long as they find it profitable. Ideally, it should be 90 days or more, because there is a learning curve with the prospected market. The longer the period, the greater the results.

    6. Can you also lead the meetings to the closing of the deal?

    No, because there is no way we can take ownership of the technical competence needed to make the conversion from lead to customer. So 100% of our focus is on generating leads in the highest quantity and quality possible.

    7. Do you accept to receive a commission for closed deals?

    We do not have this remuneration model. The fixed value cannot be converted into a variable value, since the expenses with employees, telephony and systems are fixed and independent of the result.

    8. If I don't generate any leads, do I still need to pay for the service?

    This is a scenario that has never occurred, since we work with viable projects and always in line with our clients' expectations.

    9. How can you prospect for any segment without having technical depth?

    Prospecting means finding companies interested in a certain product/service through systematic approaches.

    10. Will the executives who make this contact know about my product?

    Yes, just enough to answer the basic questions, but always with the objective of passing on valuable information that arouses the interest of the contact, depending on the objective of each project.

    After receiving the information we request from the contracting company, we put together the scripts of what is spoken and written, submit them to the company for validation, and then give an internal training to the executive who will perform the job.

    11. Do you work with commission, can I pay the fixed amount only on success?
